Key features & specs

How it compares

Unlike cellular-based trackers that require a monthly plan (e.g., Tractive or Whistle), the Marco Polo uses its own radio technology, making it ideal for remote areas. It competes with off-grid trackers like the eMACROS but offers a lighter, more pet-friendly design.

What to know before buying

1. Check the range in your environment: dense forests or urban areas may reduce signal strength.
2. Ensure your pet weighs at least 8 pounds to comfortably wear the device.
3. Charge the tracker fully before first use, especially if heading outdoors.
4. Test the signal range at home before relying on it in the field.
5. Attach the tracker to a well-fitting collar that won't slip off.
6. Register your device online for warranty and support.

"I've used this tracker for six months with my Labrador. It works great in our rural area, and I love that there's no monthly bill. The range is impressive, and it's held up in rain and mud." — Verified buyer
