How it compares
Unlike standard rubber treat dispensers that can flake off small pieces, the West Paw Zogoflex material is engineered for elasticity and tensile strength. It outperforms generic tennis balls or brittle plastic puzzles by offering a "give" that is gentle on canine teeth while resisting punctures.
How to use it
- Select a long, narrow treat like a carrot stick, jerky, or dental chew.
- Slide the treat into the hollow center of the West Paw toy.
- Adjust the treat so it is visible but difficult to pull out immediately.
- Supervise your dog during the initial play session to ensure size compatibility.
- After use, toss the toy in the top rack of the dishwasher for sanitation.
"Finally, a toy that my Pitbull hasn't been able to shred in five minutes—and it keeps him occupied for ages!" — Verified buyer
Sustainability & ethics
West Paw maintains his B Corp status by utilizing their proprietary Zogoflex material, which is infinitely recyclable through their Join the Loop program. By manufacturing in the USA, they minimize shipping emissions and ensure fair labor practices in their Montana facility.
Pro tip
Smear a bit of natural peanut butter or mashed banana inside the side openings to increase the challenge and reward for your dog.
