How it compares

Compared to standard horizontal mice from brands like Anker or Microsoft, the MX Vertical places the hand in a natural handshake position that reduces pronation and muscle strain. It also competes with the Logitech Lift, but offers a larger size and faster charging for power users.

What to know before buying

1. Measure your hand: the MX Vertical is best for medium to large hands (palm length 7+ inches)
2. Install Logitech Options+ software to customize DPI and button assignments
3. Charge fully before first use — the USB-C cable is included but you’ll need a power adapter
4. Pair with up to three devices and switch instantly with the press of a button
5. The textured rubber side grip helps maintain control if your hands sweat

"After using a traditional mouse for years, the MX Vertical eliminated my wrist pain within a week. The battery lasts over a month, and the USB-C charging is super convenient." — Verified buyer
