Key features & specs

How it compares

Jiminy's Good Grub stands apart from other limited-ingredient foods like those using lamb or duck as novel proteins. Compared to traditional kibble, it offers a lower environmental footprint—crickets require far less water and land than cattle. It also outpaces other insect-based foods in digestibility and omega fatty acid profile.

What to know before buying

1. Transition slowly over 7–10 days by mixing with current food to avoid digestive upset.
2. Store in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness.
3. Consult your vet if your dog has severe food allergies or medical conditions.
4. Combine with a balanced water supply—cricket protein may increase thirst initially.
5. Monitor stool quality—firmer stools are common due to high fiber content.

"My beagle had constant ear infections and itching until we switched to Jiminy's. His coat is now shiny and his tummy issues are gone—no more vet trips for skin problems." — Verified buyer

Sustainability & ethics

Jiminy's sources its crickets from US farms that use organic feed and minimal water. The paper bag packaging is curbside recyclable, and the brand avoids any animal byproducts—the entire supply chain is cruelty-free and environmentally respectful.
