Key features & specs

How it compares

Unlike bulky plastic crates or heavy-duty backpack carriers, the Pawaboo Pet Carrier Purse blends seamlessly with human fashion. While hard-sided carriers offer more impact protection for air cargo, this purse provides a much softer, more breathable environment for social outings. It is significantly more portable than stroller-based systems while offering better ventilation than standard canvas duffel bags.

How to use it

1. Place the carrier on a flat surface and open the top zipper fully.
2. Gently place your pet inside, ensuring their paws are comfortably settled.
3. Attach the internal safety hook to your pet's harness for added security.
4. Slowly zip the top, leaving enough space for your pet to see out of the mesh window.
5. Adjust the padded shoulder straps to a height that minimizes swinging while you walk.

Their commitment to cruelty-free materials makes this a preferred choice for the ethically minded shopper in 2026.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Pawaboo Pet Carrier Purse airline approved?

Most major airlines accept this carrier for under-seat use, but you should always verify with your specific carrier before flying. Its soft-sided design allows it to compress slightly to fit varying cabin dimensions.

Can a cat escape from this carrier?

The carrier features secure zippers and an internal leash hook to prevent pets from jumping out or escaping. The mesh is claw-resistant to withstand scratching from curious cats.

How do I clean the vegan leather?

Simply wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap to maintain the finish. The interior lining should be spot-cleaned to prevent moisture buildup.

Is it comfortable for the person carrying it?

The Pawaboo Pet Carrier Purse includes wide, padded straps designed to distribute the pet's weight evenly across the shoulder. This prevents the digging and discomfort often associated with narrow-strapped totes.
