What to know before buying
- Ensure the timer dial is accessible and you understand the locking mechanism before first use.
- Start at 5 minutes and increase weekly to avoid frustration.
- Use dry kibble only; wet food can clog the rotating parts.
- Clean the removable insert separately to prevent buildup.
- Store in a dry place to maintain the timer mechanism.
“I bought this for my border collie who needs mental stimulation. She loves the challenge and I love that I can make it harder each week. Great product!” — Verified buyer
