Key features & specs

How it compares

When compared to standard plastic slicker brushes, this bamboo model offers superior durability and a more ergonomic grip. Unlike synthetic brushes that can cause static or irritate the skin with sharp pins, this tool utilizes rounded tips to massage the skin and promote natural oil distribution. It fills the gap between cheap disposable groomers and high-end professional metal tools by offering a middle ground of sustainability and efficacy.

What to know before buying

1. Check your pet's coat type as this brush is most effective on medium to long hair.
2. Ensure the brush is stored in a dry place to maintain the integrity of the bamboo handle and rubber pad.
3. Begin brushing from the neck and move toward the tail in the direction of hair growth.
4. Use light pressure to allow the protective tips to massage the skin without causing discomfort.
5. Remove trapped hair manually after each use to keep the pins effective.
