What to know before buying
- Consider your primary use: the Q20i excels at low-frequency noise like engines and HVAC but lets through more mid- and high-frequency noise than flagship models.
- Download the Soundcore app to access 22 EQ presets and customize the sound profile to your liking.
- Check that your device supports Bluetooth 5.0 for optimal connection stability.
- The headphones fold flat for storage, but the included case is semi-rigid, not fully hard-shell.
- If you wear glasses, test the clamping force; some users report slight discomfort after 2+ hours.
I use these on my daily train commute and they block out the rumble and chatter really well. App EQ is a game changer. — Verified buyer
