Key features & specs

How it compares

Unlike wooden wagons that may splinter or heavier metal alternatives, the Green Toys Wagon is lightweight and rust-proof. It competes well with other recycled-plastic outdoor toys like the Green Toys Dump Truck or Eco-Bricks, but offers superior open-ended play for sand, mud, and water scenarios. It’s also dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.

What to know before buying

1. Check that the wagon’s handle is the correct height for your child (12 inches from ground to grip).
2. Use outdoors only, as the wheels can mark indoor floors.
3. Rinse thoroughly after sand or mud play to prevent grit from wearing down the wheels.
4. The wagon is not intended for carrying heavy loads over 50 lbs or for use as a ride-on toy.
5. Assembly is minimal—just attach the handle and wheels with the included tools.
