How it compares

Compared to typical plastic ballpoint pens, this aluminum model offers significantly better durability and a lower long-term cost of ownership because only the ink cartridge is replaced. Unlike fountain pens which can be messy for daily office tasks, the Wisdom Supply Co. Plastic-Free Retractable Pen provides the convenience of a click-mechanism without any plastic components.

How to use it

1. Depress the top clicker to extend the writing tip.
2. Write on any standard paper surface using the high-quality pre-installed ink.
3. When the ink runs dry, unscrew the barrel at the midpoint.
4. Remove the exhausted Parker-style refill.
5. Insert a new metal-jacketed refill to continue using the pen indefinitely.
