Key features & specs

How it compares

When compared to standard sectional sofas, The Kova Sofa stands out due to its unique "cloud-like" feel provided by its baffle-box cushions. Unlike traditional velvet or leather modulars, Albany Park focuses on high-performance synthetic fabrics that are specifically engineered for durability and stain resistance, making it more practical than luxury linen alternatives. It offers a significantly deeper seat than most mid-century modern competitors, prioritizing relaxation over rigid posture.

What to know before buying

1. Measure your living area carefully as the deep profile requires more floor space than a standard sofa.
2. Choose from multiple colorways, all of which use 100% vegan synthetic fibers rather than wool or silk blends.
3. Consider the modular nature; you can start with a 2-piece set and add more units as your living space grows.
4. The cushions are removable and reversible, allowing for even wear and easier cleaning of the performance fabric.
5. Expect a "sink-in" feel rather than a firm, supportive sit typical of office-style furniture.

"The modularity saved us when we moved to a new house; we just reconfigured the pieces to fit a completely different room layout without buying new furniture." — Verified buyer
