How it compares
Compared to traditional heavy-duty desktop staplers or even smaller travel staplers, the Plus Paper Clinch is significantly lighter and more eco-friendly. While it does not match the sheet capacity of metal-based industrial staplers, it eliminates the carbon footprint associated with manufacturing and transporting millions of tiny steel staples every year. It represents the best Office & Stationery value for 2026 for those who primarily handle small document sets.
How to use it
- Align up to five sheets of paper evenly at the corner.
- Insert the paper corner into the slot at the front of the Plus Paper Clinch.
- Press the top lever down firmly until you feel the mechanism punch and fold.
- Release the handle and pull the paper out to see the neat, interlocked tuck.
I never realized how much I hated removing staples before recycling until I got this; it makes my entire filing system so much faster.
