| Origin | Vietnam |

How it compares
Unlike traditional down blankets that lose loft when wet, the Rumpl synthetic insulation maintains warmth in damp conditions. It is significantly more durable than standard cotton throws, resisting snags and stains that would ruin indoor-only decor items. Compared to wool blankets, it is lighter, packable, and entirely machine washable.
How to use it
- Remove the blanket from its compressed stuff sack and shake it out to restore loft.
- Use the 'Cape Clip' to wear the blanket around your shoulders for hands-free warmth.
- Fasten the corner loops to stakes if using as a ground cover for picnics.
- Wash in a front-load machine on cold and tumble dry on low heat to refresh the DWR coating.
"This is the only blanket I use now; it stays clean even with a dog in the house and tech-specs that make it feel like a sleeping bag for my couch." — Verified buyer
Sustainability & ethics
As a certified B Corp, Rumpl ensures that every Original Puffy Blanket utilizes 100% post-consumer recycled materials for the shell and insulation. Their commitment to environmental causes is backed by their 1% for the Planet membership, ensuring a portion of each sale supports land conservation.
Pro tip
If the blanket loses its water-repellency over time, a quick 15-minute tumble in the dryer on low heat will reactivate the DWR finish.
