Key features & specs

How it compares

Compared to standard high-density polyethylene rollers, the OPTP PRO-ROLLER offers a much higher degree of 'give,' making it safer for those with fibromyalis or thin skin. It stands out against hollow-core rollers by providing a consistent feel across the entire length, which is essential for spine-alignment exercises in Pilates.

How to use it

1. Place the roller horizontally on a flat, non-slip gym floor or yoga mat.
2. Slowly lower your body weight onto the roller at the target muscle group.
3. Roll at a pace of one inch per second to identify trigger points.
4. Pause on tension areas for 20-30 seconds while maintaining deep breaths.
5. Utilize the full 36-inch length for vertical spine stabilization exercises.

Sustainability & ethics

OPTP utilizes high-quality EVA foam that is free from latex and phthalates. The closed-cell structure prevents the absorption of sweat and bacteria, extending the product lifecycle and reducing waste. While the packaging is minimal, the brand is increasingly moving toward more sustainable distribution models in 2026.
