Key features & specs

How it compares

Compared to standard high-density polyethylene rollers, the OPTP PRO-ROLLER Soft Density offers significantly more "give," making it ideal for the thoracic spine. It fills the gap between hard gym rollers and soft inflatable bolsters, providing stability for balance work while remaining comfortable for prolonged compression sessions.

How to use it

1. Place the roller under the target muscle group, such as the upper back or calves.
2. Slowly roll back and forth at a rate of one inch per second to identify trigger points.
3. Pause on tight spots for 20 to 30 seconds until the tension begins to dissipate.
4. Utilize the soft density for lateral support during Pilates movements to improve core stability.
5. Wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap after each session to maintain the finish.
