Key features & specs

How it compares

Compared to other portable power stations in the same watt-hour class, the Jackery Explorer 1000 v2 offers a strong balance of portability and output. It is lighter than many 1000Wh competitors and features pure sine wave AC output for sensitive electronics. Alternatives like the BLUETTI AC180 or EF ECOFLOW Delta 3 may offer faster solar charging but at a higher weight. For Garden & Outdoors use, the Jackery's compact size and quiet operation are distinct advantages.

What to know before buying

1. Check your device wattage: ensure your garden tools or appliances do not exceed the 1500W continuous output.
2. Solar panel sold separately: to maximize solar charging, pair with a compatible Jackery SolarSaga panel.
3. Storage conditions: keep in a cool, dry place between 32°F and 104°F for optimal battery life.
4. Warranty: Jackery offers a 2-year warranty with optional extension.
5. Noise level: operates silently, unlike gas generators — ideal for noise-sensitive areas.
