Key features & specs

How it compares

The Glocusent Bendable Neck Light stands out from clip-on book lights like the AwesomePre Plus because it doesn't attach to your book—it stays on your body, so you can read in any position without adjusting a clip. It also offers significantly longer battery life than many competitors, making it ideal for long reading sessions or travel without frequent recharging.

What to know before buying

1. Check the weight: at 5.6 ounces, it's light enough to wear comfortably but heavier than a clip-on light.
2. Consider the bendable arms that hold their shape to direct light exactly where you need it.
3. Battery life on high is shorter (about 20 hours), so plan charging accordingly.
4. It charges via USB-C in roughly 3 hours, and you can use it while charging.
5. The neck band is adjustable to fit different neck sizes, from small to large.

"I love that I can read in bed without holding a light or disturbing my spouse. The neck light is comfortable and the battery lasts forever." — Verified buyer
