Key features & specs

How it compares

Compared to buying individual silicone pans from brands like Silpat or Wilton, this Aschef set offers a lower overall cost per piece. It competes with multi-piece silicone sets by providing a broader range of shapes, including a ring cake pan and cookie sheet molds that are less common in standard sets. Users of metal bakeware will find the flexibility of silicone helpful for intricate molds.

What to know before buying

1. Flexible silicone requires placing the molds on a rigid baking sheet for stability.
2. Non-stick performance improves with light greasing for very sticky batters.
3. Avoid sharp utensils to prevent cutting the silicone surfaces.
4. Allow pans to cool completely before washing to maintain shape.
5. Store molds in a dry, flat space to prevent permanent creases.

"I was able to make a ring cake, muffins, and cookies all with one set. It saved me from buying separate pans and everything released perfectly." — Verified buyer

Sustainability & ethics

The Aschef 9 In 1 Nonstick Silicone Baking Set is made from FDA-compliant, BPA-free silicone sourced from a Chinese manufacturer. The reusable nature of silicone bakeware reduces reliance on disposable parchment and foil. Packaging is limited to a single cardboard box with minimal plastic inserts.
